Eligibility

1. Permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
2. Age generally 18 years or above.
3. Applicant should meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Uttar Pradesh Khadi & Village Industries Board.
4. Must have a viable project proposal.
