Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana is a welfare scheme launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to provide financial security to farmers and their families in the event of accidental death or permanent disability.

Eligibility

How to Apply (English)

1. Inform the concerned Tehsil or District Revenue Office after the accident.
2. Obtain the prescribed application form.
3. Fill in the application with accurate details.
4. Attach all required documents.
5. Submit the application to the designated authority within the prescribed time limit.
6. The Revenue Department verifies the claim.
7. After approval, the financial assistance is transferred directly to the beneficiary's bank account.
